We will have a booth at the Winger concert at Lava Cantina! We'd like to get a good handful of people so that we can take turns working and enjoying the concert. Note that you can sign up for multiple shifts (Example: You can sign up to set up, work as a merch grabber, and tear down)

Here's what we are looking at:
4:00pm-6:00pm - Set Up
6:00pm - Doors open
7:00pm-10:00pm - Winger Concert
10:00pm-11:00pm - Tear Down

Set Up
Must be filled by a cashier or PR person due to the limit of passes. Show up beforehand and help set up!

NOTE: Unfortunately, this position can only be filled by a person who has a ticket to the show. We are only allowed a certain number of passes. Help out the cashier by grabbing merch the customer is requesting.

Professional photographer to shoot BCCSI at the event and also to hold phone/lighting for videography of celebrity promos (time may change depending on celebrity availability)

Tear Down
Must be filled by a person who purchased a ticket or by a cashier or PR person who has already signed up due to the limit of passes. Hang out with us afterwards to pack up!
