All hands on deck! Drummathon is quickly approaching!
A more detailed schedule will be released as the event approaches. The following is the general tentative schedule:
7:30am - 10:00am - Load In
10:00am - 7:00pm - Drummathon!
7:00pm - 9:00 pm - Load Out
* Please note if you can only do a partial shift
**Lunch will be provided.

Volunteer Check In
Check in volunteers, give them their supplies and badges

Stage Tech
Must have experience in wiring guitar equipment, fixing technical issues on equipment, and the ability to change strings.

Celeb Photographer at Hotel
Photograph the celebrities when we pick them up a the hotel - ensure the Hotel Logo/building is in the shot

This person will walk around the part asking peeps if they want you to take their pic holding the frame. They hopes is that they will post to social media and tag us. If you feel like doing it for the whole day, sign up for two shifts!

T-Rex!
Walk around in hot pink, inflatable t-rex costume and take pictures with folks. It's super cool and comfy!

Registration Table
Check-in volunteers, drummers, photographers, etc. Must have previous volunteer experience with BCCSI.
Oh, and this one is Debra's favorite job.

Keep the flowing going! Time the drummer's solo's, help director keep up with the schedule. Must have previous authorization to hold this position.

May need to run off sight for errands if needed so car is preferred. Help cover breaks and lunches.

Ensure each person wears a black shirt and that pink sticks are in the picture and that back drop stays in place. Assist Debra.
