Chena Hot Springs Bike Classic
Saturday, June 24 2017
The Chena Hot Springs Bike Classic is a bike ride starting in Fairbanks and ending at Chena Hot Springs. It has different distance options with start locations along Chena Hot Springs Road. NSCF-FXC provides the volunteers to staff the various stations in exchange for funds donated to our organization. It is one of the few fund raisers in which both parents and athletes have an opportunity to volunteer together. It also allows flexibility for parents with children riding the shorter distances. Parents can get their kids to the start and still have time to help our FXC program! And all volunteers get free admission to the Hot Springs as well as free food at the BBQ. (Volunteers also get lunch sandwiches provided by the organizers so we never go hungry!)
