Donate 3 large bottles of red wine (1.5 L bottles or could bring 6 standard bottles). Drop-off instructions above.
Assist decorations coordinator with setup and displays
Food preparation and serving
Set up silent auction pricing and displays
Flat of Perrier; Flat of flavored-waters
TAPS card required
Collect ticket money; sell tickets; answer questions. Can rotate through so volunteer can eat and bid on auction items!
Do your best to sell auction items and dessert items; keep the party moving!
Make sure desserts are auctioned & distributed; make sure bid sheet is given to cashiers
