4pm Set Up Doors Open for Social - 5pm Meat and Cheese Trays for snack set up - patio - 2 tables 2 Bartenders Out by 9pm *Need Projector screen and 2 portable mic's. Tech coming around 3pm to set up their equipment to projector and things. Same layout. Round tables for 200 people. Throw linens in dryer before event to limit creasing. Treasurer will be out here that night to cut check.
