Kinder Christmas Party

Christmas is right around the corner! Let’s give our kinder class a wonderful celebration and send off to a great Holiday break!
Please deliver all items to the Kinder room at morning drop-off per the specified date.
Volunteers should arrive at 9:30 to help set up the party in the kinder classroom while the kids are at recess. The party will take place from 10:00 to about 10:45, when there will and gift exchange and visit from Santa! Please only sign up to help if you have not previously helped at a class party, in order to give the opportunity to as many families as possible. Thank you!

Set up during recess, manage party, and clean up party. Please only sign up if you have not previously volunteered for a class party. 3 service hours. 3 Service hours
1 38oz. bag or 4 10oz bags of Christmas themed M&Ms, and 1 box of ziploc bags to take cookie leftovers home. 1 service hour. Deliver at drop off on 12/15
30 COLD chocolate milk boxes w/ straw included (Horizon or Kirkland brand). 1 service hour. Deliver at drop off on 12/15.
30 Turkey and cheese (only) sandwiches, cut into Christmas-themed shapes. 2 service hours. Deliver at drop-off on 12/15
30 fruit kabobs (grapes and strawberries). 2 service hours. Deliver at drop off on 12/15
Frosting 3 16oz tubs of vanilla frosting, white. 1 service hour. Deliver at drop-off on 12/15
30 plain, Christmas shaped sugar cookies (for decorating). Available at Ralph’s or Pavillions. Deliver at drop-off on 12/15. 1 service hour
30 Christmas-themed plates, napkins and 6 tablecloths (to fit the desk/tables inside the classroom). Deliver at drop-off on 12/15. 1 service hour
30 COLD apple juice boxes w/ straw included (preferably Honest brand). 1 service hour. Deliver at drop-off on 12/15
Frosting 3 16oz tubs of vanilla frosting colored GREEN. 1 service hour. Deliver at drop-off on 12/15.

Wash the kindergarten reusable dishes. 1 service hour
Dress up as Santa Claus and visit the classroom to help the kids with their gift exchange. 2 service hours.
