Please arrange with Mrs. Clark the day before set-up to have the tables placed for Kinder Graduation. Please help collect food items from the carline at 2:50pm and Set-up the gym (place tablecloths on tables, place center pieces, accept the delivery of the balloons, tie them on chairs, place bouquets by the cake and guest food tables, place a graduation themed napkin under the lunch boxes, place the labels on the lunch boxes/juice boxes, place the lunch boxes (opened and ready to be stuffed with the lunch items by the 1st grade volunteers the morning of graduation, and to place the kids dogs and frames on the tables). Donation - 3.5 hours will be given

Please donate small centerpieces for the guest tables (14 tables total plus 1 cake and food table) You may submit a receipt for these items or submit for hours. (Every $25 = 1 hour). Please ask your room parents for budget info or to see prior year arrangements Donation - 1 hour will be given for store bought centerpieces or if made at home additional hours can be counted.

Please place an order at Ralphs a week prior to set-up and deliver 4 Hawaiian Leis to school 1 day prior to the graduation. The leis should be placed in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. A receipt for reimbursement may be submitted or you may receive hours in exchange for the amount spent ($25 = 1 hour) Donation - 1 hour will be given

Please donate 36 graduation themed napkins Donation - .5 hour will be given

Please place an order for the class photo cake at Ralphs a week prior to set-up so that the cake is available for pick up on the morning of set-up. Please order a 1/2 chocolate sheet cake. The photo should be available to you from the photographer that signed up to take the picture in May. Donation - 1 hour will be given for the ordering of the cake. If you would like to submit your receipt for reimbursement you can otherwise, you will receive 1 hour for every $25 spent.
