Who wants to go on a field trip.... i do!!!
Please sign up to chaperone our kids to the Science Center and Angkor Exhibit. Note; This is a two class field trip with the 6th grade also attending.
Chaperones must be fully vaccinated and must be able to transport children in their car. Please let Patty know how many children you are able to take. You must provide school with copy of your drivers license, proof of car insurance and proof of vaccination. You will leave at 8:15 am and should be back by 2:15 before car line
