10 large cooking apples peeled, sliced, and diced in a container (with some lemon juice squeezed over to keep the apples fresh). The apples should be uncooked. They will be cooked in the classroom (in crockpot) as part of a interactive writing exercise. Please bring to 1st grade classroom at morning drop-off. 1.5 hours

Please bring a large crockpot to be used for cooking the apples and 40 Dixie cups for serving. 1 hour.
