School-Wide Welcome Back Bingo Event Preparations #1

Please help plan the set-up and decorations for our 1st Welcome Back Disco Bingo Event. This event will be replacing parent parties. There will be 3 separate events - K-2nd from 1:00-3:00 , 3rd-5th from 4:00-6:00 and finally 6th-8th from 7:00 to 9:00. Due to the size of this event and the intent of families connecting with other SFDS families, this event is limited to SFDS immediate families only.
8:00am - 8:30am
Please join Kami Tidik, Sonia Ban, and Rachel Danha for a planning meeting immediately after drop-off. Planners/decoraters will decide on the event location (gym, field,...) and will decide on the decorations together. The decorations team will divvy up the items needed for the event and will make purchases. Receipts will be reimbursed but purchases must be approved prior to purchasing.
Volunteer - Hours will be given based on the time spent.
