Coaches and Team Moms/Dads are needed for JV and Varsity Sports at SFDS. Please contact Coach Alicia if you are interested in coaching a team or making team arrangements as a Team Mom/Dad

Coaches - Here is the information on what you need to become a coach for CYO.
- Play Like a Champion course which is offered by CYO Staff throughout the school year at various locations.
- All Coaches must have a valid and current PLC Card. This is for all sports at SFDS
To receive a PLC card, Coaches need the following:
- Live Scan Fingerprinting
- Principal Verification Form
- Coaches Code of Contuct
- $30 fee (Cash or Check payable to CYO) - All expenses are reimbursed by
- Attend PLC Class

5th Grade Boys Basketball Coach - Responsibilities- Practices, games, emailing team mom information, collecting athletic packet and fees (this I think could also be done by team mom if possible)???? and handing out uniforms
