Please volunteer to work together on making or purchasing centerpieces for the tables (24 small arrangements and 4 others for the food tables (centerpiece expense will be reimbursed by the school/church) Please see your room parent coordinator for budget information.

Please provide 125 sturdy paper/plastic plates for the event

Please volunteer to make table arrangements per the diagram in the room parent book. Mrs. Clark should be reminding of the set-up 1 week prior to the event. Please give her a copy of the set-up for Joel. Tables should be set-up on Thursday, the night before the event. Also, tablecloths will need to be borrowed from the parish center. Please talk to Lisa in the office to make arrangements. Tablecloths should be in the gym by 8 am Friday morning or Thursday night.

Please donate 250 cookies from Costco. The cookie expense will be reimbursed by the school/church. Please bring a tray or two for the cookies as this is a nice event and we would like to display them nicely.
