Harvest Festival - Decor

Please donate pumpkins, gourds and table covers for Harvest Festival decor. Please use the donation sheet when turning them in and drop near the piano in the auditorium. They can be dropped off anytime throughout the week before Harvest Fest.
Drop off no later than October 16th.
As a reminder, 1 service hour will be given for every $25 spent and receipts must be provided.
IMPORTANT: Please label DÉCOR so they are used appropriately.
For the Hay Bales- Please coordinate drop off on (insert date) and have them delivered to the field.

5 sugar baby pumpkins (preferably small and medium) for decoration
3 large pumpkins for decor

Purchase and coordinate delivery of 6 hay bales for ambiance and use at the pumpkin decorating booth (5 hours given - $14.99/hay bale plus $35 delivery fee) –(Note, these are not “décor” hay bales – they should be large enough to sit on - Approximately 14" high, 18" wide, and 35–36" long)
