Please pick up the bagel and coffee order from Hanks and deliver to the auditorium by 8am. Order has already been placed and donated from Hanks. You will be picking up 2 Coffee Travelers with cups, cream, sugar, stir sticks and 40 coffee cups. 2 dozen bagels and 2 containers of cream cheese. Please deliver to the auditorium by 8am on June 10th. 1 hour.

2 jugs of orange juice and 100 plastic clear cups deliver to auditorium by 8:00am on June 10th, this may also be delivered the day before and placed in the fridge but cups left in the classroom. 1 hour.

Please donate 5 Gallons of Crystal Geyser bottled Water. Please deliver to the classroom by 2:50 on June 9th. 1 hour.

Fruit Platter - Please donate a large fruit platter for the adults. Please deliver to the auditorium by 8:00am on June 10th. 1 hour per $25.

Please order and purchase 1 large tray (total of 2 trays- 1 per volunteer) of pretzel sandwiches from Vons Deli catering menu for the adults. Must place order 48 hours in advance. If possible coordinate with the volunteer signed up to purchase the kids platter to place the order together and split cost with 1 pick up. Please deliver to the auditorium by 8:00am on June 10th. 2 hours

Please donate 40 individual sized plain lays potato chips. Please deliver to the classroom by 2:50 on June 9th. 1 hour.

Please donate a 1/2 sheet cake with the class photo. The photo will be provided to you. Cake can be ordered at Ralph's on Hazeltine or Vons or Costco. Must place order 1 week in advance. Please deliver to the auditorium by 7:45 on June 10th.

Table cloths for adult tables- please purchase 12 rectangular plastic table cloths in the specified colors and quality listed below:

42 helium filled latex balloons in the quantity and colors listed below. 7 red, 7 yellow, 7 orange, 7 green, 7 blue, 7 purple. Strings attached. These will be tied to the kids chairs in rainbow color order with extras incase some pop, so it’s important to follow the quantity and colors listed. Please deliver to the kinder classroom after school (2:50) on June 9th.

Please order and deliver 2 large trays (enough for 40) pretzel sandwiches from Vons Deli. This is for the kids so please specify Turkey and cheese only, no other meat, condiments on the side, no lettuce or tomato.
