All decor needs to be brought directly to the auditorium the morning of March 14th, or dropped in the classroom prior.

Please be aware we are serving food for 300 people and need enough of everything so pay close attention to quantities. If you aren't sure about something, please ask.

Volunteers
Set up event, plate food, clean up. They also will stamp passports, handout the food,keep booth organized, and help set up and take down booth.
