Please help set-up the reception area under the gazebo near the church. Help to keep the area organized, clean, and replenished during the event, and clean up after the event. Second Grade room parents will reach out to you with more details. Please arrive at 10:30am.
96 oz. coffee travelers from Starbucks or Coffee Bean. Make sure to include paper cups, lids, half & half, and sugar per traveler. We need 4 travelers total. Each traveler will earn you 1 service hour. Please deliver at 10:30am to the gazebo area outside of the church.
100 clear plastic plates amazon plates. 1 service hour. Please deliver to 2nd grade classroom by Friday (2/7) morning. (see link above)
72 8 oz water bottles. 1 service hour. Please deliver to 2nd grade classroom by Friday (2/7) morning
48 juice boxes or pouches. 1 service hour. Please deliver to 2nd grade classroom by Friday (2/7) morning.
