6th Grade Christmas Party

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! So let’s send our 6th graders off to vacation on a high note!
A little Christmas cheer for all to enjoy.
Listed below are the items that are needed for 6th grade to celebrate Christmas Cheer before the holiday break! The party will be at 9:40am recess on Friday, December 20th. Please log hours under 6th Grade. Please deliver all items to school the morning of the party (except for the Hot Chocolate).

set up/clean up: please arrive at least 20 minutes before the party to help set up. 1 hr
3 dozen (36) Christmas themed donuts. 1 hr
Hot chocolate needs to be delivered, ready to be consumed and warm, 15 minutes before the party. (Please note that Starbucks no longer sells hot chocolate in travelers, but does provide free hot water in a traveler.) You can buy it at Coffee Bean . Dont forget the cups and lids! 1 hr
Christmas paper goods: Christmas themed tablecloths (4), dessert plates (36), and napkins (36). 1 hr
36 Mini Candy Canes, (3) cans of whipped cream, & (3) bags Mini Marshmallows
1.5 hrs
Please prepare 36 fruit skewers using red and green fruits (strawberries, watermelon, green grapes, etc). 2 hours.
