We need a dozen sturdy but beautiful flowers to give to our guests in gratitude.

Set guest table with Flowers, Name Tags, and Coffee & Refreshment area

Beverages
An assortment of beverages for special guests. Tea, coffee, lemonade, etc- in glass bottles or aluminum cans. We need up to 12 servings for guests each day.

Please bring 2 small bouquets to beautify the space

Photographer for yearbook!
Take photos of GrandDays guests and students. We will send you information about what to do and not do with this pictures!
4:00pm - 5:00pm
Greet guests & clean up refershment area
Help us host by being a guest greeter, help refresh tables and clean up after the last guests have joined.
