Students and families will watch performances by South American artists and share food from around South America. Upper el is studying Ecuador this year. Food can be purchased or made- Food is Potluck. It will be at the Main Building. Please plan to serve or lay out your food. Please label your food containers and TAKE THEM HOME WITH YOU. It is very important that Rachel has help cleaning up!

8:00am - 9:00am
Table Decor
Provide dressing for tables such as flowers, tablecloths, fruit, proudce with a Peruvian focus

4:30pm - 5:00pm
Set up
Help staff set up table, chairs and possibly food.

6:30pm - 7:30pm
Clean up
Help return the chairs and tables to their rightful places. Deal with any left over food.
