Middle School V-hour Opportunity: GrandDays

We could use some middle school volunteers to help with our GrandDays events to be greeters, hosts, and photographers from 9:45-11:15 on November 19, 20, 21, 24 and 25!
Each student should have a few chances to earn hours.
Welcome GrandFriends at the door and help them find their name tag. If visitors ask what to do with their coats, kindly tell them to take them to the classroom.
Some people are driving in from out of town. If a visitor asks about using the bathroom, please walk with them to the Primary A. classroom and show them where the bathroom is. Afterwards, walk them back to the hosting area.
When the Primary A classroom is ready for guests, invite the Grandfriends to walk with you to the classroom.
After the visit, thank the Grandfriends for coming as they leave.
Help clean up the refreshment table and cover items for the afternoon GrandFriend visitors.
Make sure the refreshment table is clean and stocked, greet them, offer a beverage and a snack, and ask if they need anything else.
When the Primary C. classroom is ready for guests, invite the Grandfriends to walk with you to the classroom. Go slow if you notice that someone may need a little extra time getting up the stairs.
After the visit, thank the Grandfriends for coming as they leave.
Help clean up the refreshment table and cover items for the afternoon GrandFriend visitors.
Take photographs of the GrandFriend visitors, students, and the classrooms for the yearbook.
