Volunteers are needed for setting up and taking down and to bring snacks/drinks for PIN Night

Flowers

Please bring 1-2 bouquets of flowers to display on refreshment tables.

Set Up

Please arrive at 6:00 p.m. to arrange tables, collect serving ware, glassware, and silverware. Find vase for flowers, tablecloth, arrange chairs, etc.

Food

Please bring snack foods/appetizers for 12 people. Please list what you will be bringing so we do not double up on anything!

Please bring drinks for 18 people. Please list what you will be bringing so we do not double up on anything! Please keep in mind to have a mix of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

Dishwashing

Please stay after the meeting to wash all used dishes by hand.

Please stay after the meeting concludes to return tablecloth, move all all flatware, serving ware, etc to sink. Return chairs to correct locations.
