Join us in the TV room as we welcome a geriatric yoga specialist. We will be gathering the residents into a group and helping them with stretching and moving. A big part of this activity is helping the residents to understand the ques that are given by the instructor, and in some cases you will be helping the residents to find an adaptation that fits their comfortable level of flexibility.
