10- Biker Rally BBQ SET UP

We will be playing host to about 200 bikers who are driving across country for our veterans. We need help:
1. Setting up tables and chairs
2. Getting residents outside to watch them come in and look around at the bikes
3. Get the residents their BBQ lunch and eat with them
4. Clean up when the bikers have left
Come any time between 10 &2. Stay as long as you can and help with whatever is happening at that time
