Sign-up to volunteer for Redmond’s signature summer festival, Derby Days! The event will take place at Redmond’s City Hall campus. This year’s event features live music, a foam party, parades, inflatables, local food, a beer and wine garden, a craft market, and more.
Please complete a digital liability waiver - Volunteer Waiver - Docusign This form must be completed prior to the start of any volunteer shifts and volunteers under 18 years old must have their parent or guardian complete the form. Volunteers under 14 years old must have a parent or guardian accompany them during the entire volunteer shift.
Volunteers may volunteer for no longer than 6 hours total per day. We will cancel registrations and email any volunteers signed up for shifts totaling more than 6 hours per day.

Assist with setting up the Grand Parade and complete a variety of parade related tasks
Must be a certified OEM volunteer- partner with Officers to keep the parade safe
Help with a variety of tasks throughout the event including taking pictures and loading in bands
Keep the event Green Friendly by assisting with waste management and litter pick-up
