Items to lend: 2 large turkey roasting ovens, 2 large ice chests or large plastic tubs for bottle water icing and service
Description: Six (6) parent volunteers are needed for our Annual Pre-Game BBQ for Middle Schoolers before our Homecoming Football game on Friday, October 19th. Assistance is needed to pick up food items and ice at Sams Club (4 pm), prep, grill and serve the meal to students, and help clean up and restore the area. We are also in need of two large ice chests or large tubs to put bottled water on ice and at least two large electric turkey roasting ovens to keep the hamburgers and hot dogs hot and ready to serve.
