Set up tables, chairs, various areas, etc for the dance

Coordinate and staff the cookies and candy table

Coordinate and staff the water table including bringing in the cold water from the kitchen area

set up, cook and wipe down the barbecue of hot dogs and hamburgers

serve and coordinate table for the barbecued hot dogs and hamburgers

Pop, serve and clean the old fashioned popcorn machine for serving to the students

supervise outside areas to prevent unauthorized entering and exiting of the dance

supervise indoor areas (movie room, karaoke room, doors in the event center leading to the outside, coat check in the kitchen area

clean up all areas (sweeping, throwing out trash, etc.)
