Inventory of Alumni Apparel-  Hey everyone! Is anyone free on July 13, 2026 at 8a-11a to help with our Alumni apparel? I just need one person to fold, count, and organize (by size) the gear. Please report to the Advancement Office (300 Building). Reminder- Make sure you sign in and out on my log sheet and log in hours with in 14 day in Track It Forward.

Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
