Volunteers are needed to assist at the home swim meet on Wednesday, April 8th. Help is need at the admin table, lane timers (no experience necessary), and snack bar. Shift is from 3:00 pm to the conclusion of the swim meet (approximately 6:00 pm). Meet at the pool deck.

Please be sure you sign in and out at the event, also make sure you log your hours in Track it Forward within 14 days of the event.  Hours submitted more than 14 days after an event may be rejected.

We kindly ask if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
