Parent volunteers are needed to help deliver yard signs to welcome our incoming students for the 2026-2027 school year! Admission letters will be mailed on Friday, March 6, and we’d love to have yard signs placed at the homes of our new families starting Friday evening, March 6 (after 5 p.m.). All deliveries should be completed by 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 8.

Please pick up the signs  from Sirine Roumi in the 300 building (facing the senior parking lot) on Friday, March 6, between 9:am - 3:00 p.m.

Delivery Groups: Distribution lists are ogranized by city. Most lists will include groups of four (4) to six (6) homes.

Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
