Middle School Family Barbeque Volunteers. Responsibilities will include helping with set-up, cooking, serving food, and clean-up after the event. Please plan to meet at the Pavilion at 4:30 p.m. so we can get everything ready before families arrive.

It is important that you remember to sign in and out at the event to ensure your hours are recorded. In addition, please make sure to log your service hours within 14 days of the event to receive credit.

Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
