We will have a 1 hour Google Meet to go over how to score digital notebooks (using scoring sheet) for the Robotics Tournaments. After the training each judge will have a week to score 12 notebooks (15mins each) for additional 3 hours. The total hours will be 4 (1hr training +3 hours of scoring). You are scoring online whenever your schedule works best, each judge will work independently.

The 1 hour training will be 6:00-7:00pm Wednesday Oct. 8th. All scoring will need to be completed by Wednesday Oct. 15th.

Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
