Robotics tournament general volunteer

During the robotics tournament we need various positions filled such as:
-Managing the queuing table where teams check in before each match. This consists of checking teams off of the list and telling them when to head over to the competition field.

-Score Keepers which use an app to score the points from the robotics matches.

-Providing breaks for the other volunteers, or any other spot we might need help.

Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided for volunteers.

Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
