Debate Tournament Volunteer - Please consider donating your time to the 2025 Chuck Ballingall Memorial Debate invitational. As a result of last year's care and generosity of our Damien Spartan Community, we were recognized by the National Debate Coaches Association as Tournament Host of the year in 2021. Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
