Graduation Ceremony Volunteer
Make sure you log in your own hours once you have completed the event, no one will be logging them in for you. You do not log in your hours with in 14 days of the event, if not you will not get credit. Make sure that you sign in on the sign in sheet so that we may verify your attendance. If you do not attend and do not cancel then you will be charged for these hours.

Dear Damien Families,

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel a volunteer shift you've signed up for, please do so at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a $35 per hour charge for each hour listed on the sign-up. Unfortunately, in these cases, the option to fulfill your service hours by volunteering will no longer be available, and the fee will be added to your financial account.
