We are looking for volunteers to help with outreach! This month, TMAPS has a lot of campaigns, events, and awareness initiatives. Your support in connecting the TMU campus to these important efforts ensures we reach our goals! Your outreach efforts would contribute to promotion and/or awareness about the following initiatives:

We are supporting the Truth and Reconcilliation Calls to Action for National Indigenous Peoples Month, as well as maintaining the Interactive Treaty Map created by Karina Brant from the Treaties Recognition Week planning circle (located outside the TMAPS office at 55 Gould St, Toronto, Floor 3). 

We are supporting the Calls to Action by Policing-Free Schools, seeking to voice our disapproval for Bill 33, which actively makes schools unsafe, especially for BIPOC and disabled students, faculty, and staff. 

For Pride Month, we have our Gaysian Comedy All-Stars event on June 26 at the Rivoli in Downtown! The Equity Service Centre is also hosting Pride Month events we are supporting.

TMAPS is launching a project to help our community who face food insecurity.

All volunteer shifts listed below will take place on Gould St at Lake Devo (near the Campus Store and SLC). Your help in promoting these events, efforts, and issues is deeply appreciated!
