HGO High School Night - Barber of Seville

HGO Community & Learning needs volunteer to support guest arrivals and eating before the show and with dismissal and bus loading after the show..

Volunteers will be positioned in designated area once schools/organizations arrive. Once all schools/organizations are checked in and seated, volunteers will be directed to their seats to enjoy the show. Just before the top of the final scene we will have all volunteers to go to their designated dismissal positions and we will start dismissing and loading on to the busses.

Ushers will guide groups their designated seating areas.
Bus Check will check in buses, provide proper signage, instructions and confirm counts.

Further instructions will be provided closer to the event date. These will include where to report, who to report to, and what to wear. There will be a short virtual training session.
