NAMI Northern Virginia

The Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia (The J) is hosting a Special Needs Sibling Workshop. The workshop will be on Thursday, November 12th from 7-9 pm at The J in Fairfax.

Through this workshop we hope to share information and experiences with other families and members of the community who have siblings and family members with special needs. The workshop will include an introduction from a sibling advocate and two panels: a parent panel and a sibling panel. We will also have a resource fair at the beginning and end of the workshop to include organizations and professionals in the community assisting families with special needs. The J will provide tables and tablecloths. Set up for the resource fair will start at 6:30 pm with the program starting at 7:00 pm. http://www.jccnv.org/specialneeds/educational-workshops/
