Cast Party Coordinator and helpers

Helpers assist with set up, passing out cookies to dancers, and clean up.
The Cast Reception coordinator assists with ordering and purchasing cookies for the cast reception (we have had themed cookies in the past, but not required) and setting up and cleaning up cast reception area on the day of the Saturday performance. You may claim as many hours as needed for this task.
Helpers assist as dancers pass through the reception room and pick up their cookies.
