Pizza Pick-Up and Serving for AIE Performers

We are looking for volunteers to help pick up pizza and oversee dinner for our Arts in Education Classes who are coming to perform for In Accord

2 volunteers needed- One to pick up pizza, both to help at the studio
5:15-6:45
5:15 – Pick up Pizza from Little Caesar’s Pizza* (Pizzas will have already been paid for and under the name Rachel)
5:30- set up 3rd floor conference room with plates, napkins, water bottles, pizza(plates, napkins and water bottles will already be there)
Students will arrive in conference room after they perform. Anytime between 5:45 and 6
Serve Pizza
6:30 Clean up and throw out pizza boxes
*Little Caesars Pizza, 1095 E 500 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84102
Pizzas will be ready and already paid for. They will be under Rachel Kimball 801-450-1958
