Tanner Dance

Monitors are parent volunteers who help the dancers during and after rehearsals and performances, on and off stage, and in the dressing rooms or lounge areas.

*Please note: Monitors will be watching the performance from the wings, not the audience, so that we can keep our dancers safe during transitions from dressing room to stage and back again. Please plan on purchasing tickets for the performance you will NOT be monitoring for so that we have adequate coverage.

**You must complete a background check in the past 3 years and the Safety of Minors for the year in order to sign up for this event** Please contact Jennifer at jennifer.killpack-knutsen@utah.edu if you need assistance in completing these steps or if you are unsure when your last background check or Safety of Minors training was done.

*Please do not bring anyone with you (such as younger siblings) when you monitor.

*You can monitor for any class, even if you don’t have a child in that particular class.
