SPRING FLING FEST @ West Complex, 1600 W Trade St, Charlotte.
- Tasting Tickets will be provided to all Volunteers who serve during 1-3pm Food Tasting
11:00am - 1:00pm
BBOC Tent & Table Setup
Setup BBOC canopy, tables, & signage. Greet patrons and assist with vendor check-in if needed.
12:00pm - 2:00pm
BBOC Greeters
Make sure all setup checklists were completed, greet guests.
1:00pm - 3:00pm
Relief Crew, Greeters , Event Breakdown
Greet guests. Break down BBOC canopy, signage, tables, etc at end of event.
1:00pm - 6:30pm
Volunteer - Full Day
Floaters , Assist wherever needed. Meal Provided.
7:00pm - 8:30pm
Break Down
Advise vendors of event end time at 7:30pm ( 30 mins prior to 8pm). Break down BBOC tent at 7:45pm. Make sure grounds are clean 7:30-8:30pm. Assist with vendor dismissal.
