Stampede Lunch and miniature horses come to DH

It is Stampede time again - Dh volunteers host the annual stampede lunch .
We are thrilled to also have a visit from the ROARR with their beautiful miniature therapy Horses visiting this day.
We will need volunteers to help with preparing, cooking and serving pancakes that day . ( also some clean up after ) :)
We will also need volunteers to help guide the volunteers from Roarr as they bring the horses right on into the Hospice to do room visits.
This is a funnn day for all and your support is greatly appreciated.
I will set up 2 shifts as the horses are not arriving till 2pm and usually stay for at least 1 hour -
I will create a 09:30 -1:30 shift and a 11:00 - 3pm shift ( this time can help with horses and clean up )
