Every year, Sea Crest throws the ultimate party where we celebrate our amazing school! This year's event is on Saturday, March 21st at Oceano in Half Moon Bay. This event is organized entirely by volunteers. We try to keep meetings to a minimum and time commitment varies. We would love to welcome you to this committee. Sunday, March 22nd Tear Down
We would need volunteers to be at Oceano at 9am. We would be loading up cars and bringing back auction items to Sea Crest. This is a quick way to get those fundraising hours!

Solicitations
Are you unbelievably charming? Or do you know a lot of local businesses here on the coast? If so, we’d love your help. We would need you to network and communicate with the local SC community as well as local vendors. This job involves sending out solicitation letters to the database and following up with phone calls and emails. We need people who aren’t afraid to ask for donations!

Class Project Liaison
The person responsible for this can do all of the work via e-mail. This person is the liaison between the auction committee and the room parents. Each grade works on an art project throughout the year. The projects are auctioned off during the event.

Packaging
This is physically putting aside winners packages in order for pick-up. We start this Monday, March 23rd and it can be done during school hours.

Catalog
Every year, Sea Crest has an online auction filled with amazing items for the community to bid on. We need your help to make this catalog look seamless and attractive. Your job would be to enter fun descriptions for items and add photos. This job is entirely done online so perfect for someone who needs the hours but can't come to any of the physical meetings.

Friday, March 20th Set-Up
We will need volunteers to physically bring items from Sea Crest to Oceano. A larger car or SUV is helpful! Once items are unloaded and set-up, we will work on the basic set-up of the room. All work can be completed during school hours.

Saturday, March 21st Event Logistics
We will need volunteers to help with registration, selling drink tickets, working in the back office settling credit card charges and more! Shifts can vary from 5pm until 11pm.

Online Auction
This person is responsible for entering all donated items into the auction database. He/she would have to physically pick up items from Cathy at the front desk and enter into system. All work can be done online.

Teacher Experience Liaison
Every year, some of the most popular items are teacher experiences. Every teacher donates something of his/her choice for the community to bid on. Pizza lunches, ice cream socials and music lessons are examples. This person would be the liaison between the teachers and the committee. Most work can be done online.
