Performing Arts Showcase and Grandparent Day Reception - 2019

Volunteers are needed to help with refreshments, set up, and cleanup for Sea Crest’s Annual Performing Arts Showcase and Grandparent Day Reception on December 20, 2019. Please write in comments what you plan to bring for food. Also please bring food and paper products to the FRONT DESK the morning of the event. set up tables, chairs and decor, fill water jug and layout food - THINK TANK
Milk. (1/2 gal)
(2) larger creamers or (1) 1/2 gal of half/half
Orange or Apple (1 gallon)
Cups (20/person)
white 6 in dessert plates (30/person)
Cookies, baked goods, fruit, healthy snacks, cheese, cracker, fruit (no nuts, please)
clean up food table, tables, chairs in the Think Tank after reception at 10:30
Manage photo booth (there will be a photographer taking the pictures)
