Thank you for your volunteering for this great fundraiser to help boost the tuition assistance budget for Sea Crest students. This event could not happen without you! Thank you. Sort t-shirts by size/class
Distribute t-shirts to Lower and Middle School
Need cups for water to keep students hydrated. Each volunteer to bring 500 small dixie cups.
Need a set of 6 Red balloons, helium filled with string to place at start positions.
Need a set of 6 Blue balloons, helium filled with string to place at start positions.
Need a set of 6 Green balloons, helium filled with string to place at start positions.
Fruit (watermelon, apples, strawberries, cuties, mini carrots)
Tables and Chairs Setup for water and lap recording/ accouting area. Setup up trash bins by water tables.
Assist with keeping the water supply ready for the runners
Help manage face painting station (will not be doing actual facing painting)
Emcee Event
Day of Event: Add or subtract feet per the students laps.
Pre-String Feet on Chains in predetermined quantities
