2nd Grade - Field Trip to Francis State Beach

The 2nd graders have a last minute opportunity to visit nearby Francis State Beach to learn all about a local shorebird , the snowy plover. It is a great educational program run by the Park Ranger and her volunteer staff. We need drivers/chaperones for this trip, so please sign-up if you're available to help out!
**Please, indicate how many child seats you can fit in your vehicle and save your parking receipts to be reimbursed by Cathy.**
Students will need to bring snacks, wear comfortable walking shoes and jackets for beach walk and snowy plover observations.
8:15am - 10:45am
Chaperone/Driver
Depart school by 8:20am, attend the program from 8:30-10:30am and return students to school.
