On November 29 from 6:30-8:30 pm we will be celebrating the naming of the Allan Wachowich Centre for Science, Research, and Innovation.
The president's office is requesting 6 volunteers for this event: (WHATEVER TIME YOU CAN BE OF ASSISTANCE)
There will be cocktails and appetizers from 6:30-7:00, with a short program from 7:00-7:15pm and then an opportunity for individuals to tour the building (various rooms will have demonstrations/activities in them).
I would love to have some student ambassadors there to help with greeting and directing guests.
I think we need about 6 students. I will need a couple to 'check in' the guests to the room (CS207) and in the hallways leading to the room to direct guests to that room.
Once the event has started I need the students to stand in the hallways (in various locations) to direct people to the various rooms where events will take place.
Is it possible to get 6 students to help with this event? I would appreciate them being available from 6:00-9:00pm.
