If you've participated in the past, it will be a different format this year.

Timetable:
8:30AM - Check-in (HAC Entrance)
9:00AM - Formal Program Begins in Al & Trish Huehn Theatre
10:15AM - Tours, Mix & Mingle, and Light Food & Beverages in Tegler Student Centre

This is a formal event. If you sign up, appropriate dress attire is expected.

Main Responsibilities:
1) Greet Counsellors as they come in
2) Mix & Mingle with Counsellors
3) Provide campus tour if counsellors would like one
