Concordia Student Volunteers

New Student Orientation Winter 2026 is happening on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026. Be ready to welcome a small cohort of undergraduate students as they begin their undergraduate journey at CUE! Volunteers this day will be expected to support all facets of this event, from 8 AM check in to guiding students on tours around campus. Below is an expected itinerary:
8:00 - 9:00 - Check-in - provide new students with swag, handbook, group ID, t-shirt, bingo card, and usher them into Tegler
9:00 - 9:45 - Welcome Session
9:45 - 10:00 - Usher students to their University 101 session
10:00 - 10:40 - University 101 - volunteers may be expected to help in some parts of the presentation (no preparation needed)
10:40 - 11:20 - Half of the students will be on tours while the other half is visiting the services fair
11:20 - 12:00 - Half of the students will be on tours while the other half is visiting the services fair
12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch and Services Fair - CSA will also be hosting some games in Tegler
1:00 - 2:00 - Program Sessions - Students will need to be guided to various rooms in Hole Academic
