2. About Event: The festival is a celebration of the many cultures represented in our student body and community.
3. Event Date: April 23rd
4. Location: Oxford High School Charger Yard, 101 Charger Loop.
5. Building Directions: The Charger Yard is located outside in the back of Oxford High School.
6. Parking: Park anywhere there is a legal parking zone at OHS.

Tent Set-Up
Help unload tents from trailer, carry them to designated spot, and then attach country banner to the tent. Must be able to carry 10-15 pounds. Bring own water bottle. Report to Mr. Ferguson.

6:00pm - 8:00pm
Passport Agent
Remain stationed at assigned tent and stamp patrons’ passports as they move from tent to tent around the festival. Must be able to stand for long periods outside. Bring own water bottle. Report to Ms. McCurdy.

8:00pm - 9:00pm
Tent Breakdown
Help take down tents and bring them to the trailer to load. Remove banners from tents. Breakdown tables and carry to storage. Transport trash cans to trailers if needed. Must be able to carry 10-15 pounds. Bring own water bottle. Report to Mr. Ferguson.

Clean Up Crew
Clean tents of any dirt. Clean tables from tents. Help clean up miscellaneous festival equipment, and collect debris found in the Charger Yard. Bring own water bottle. Report to Mr. Ferguson.
